For example, our Bar Pad vinyl is constructed using a proprietary method allowing us to avoid stitching the ends of the pads. Why is this important? It makes our Standard, Mini and Bulge pads the most durable vinyl pads. There is no worry of stitching coming out or snagging or tearing thus ruining the bar pads. This ensures the extended lifespan of our products over our competitors’. Through a proprietary sealing technology, there is no need for any stitching on the ends of the pads. The result, a clean smooth and more durable edge that will never come “unstitched” and will always stay clean and smooth like a dune after a sand storm. Our foam is specifically made for our Bar pads. Meaning, we went to the manufacturer and specifically chose the dimensions to guarantee a snug fit. This not an “off the shelf” foam; we use lightweight, high density, flexible Polyolefin precision cut to our rigid specifications.
